Karri - Receptionist

Karri.pngI joined Dr. Raywood's team in December 2012 and have enjoyed every minute of it. My mother, brother, twin sister, daughter and myself have all been patients of Dr. Raywood. I love coming to work and knowing that I am not working with just co-workers but family.

I enjoy time spent with my daughter, Briannah and boyfriend Daiv. We like to spend time camping or doing anything outdoors.

Ashley - Receptionist

no-image162x162I have been in dentistry since 2014. I love working in an orthodontic office, the best part is seeing patients get so excited when they see their new smile for the first time. Being part of the Raywood Orthodontic family is such a great experience. Dr. Raywood is very caring for all of her patients.

Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband and our two dogs. Also we are so excited to welcome our son into the world in November of 2018.

Jo - Treatment Coordinator

Lehman_09Dec2015.pngI have been in dentistry for 7 years. My favorite part about orthodontics is being able to watch people's expression when they get to see their new, straight smile for the first time. As a treatment coordinator I enjoy educating patients about the importance of orthodontic treatment and finding ways to fit it in everyone's budget. It has been such a blessing watching Dr. Raywood give our patients their perfect smile. She is very caring and professional with all patients of all ages.

When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and dog Pete. Together we enjoy golfing, going to the lakes, hiking, and planning our wedding for June of 2016.

Debra - Clinical Coordinator

debra.pngI graduated from IPFW with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I love working with children so being an Orthodontic Assistant is the perfect job for me. I have been a part of the incredible Raywood Orthodontics Team for 20 years and counting. Dr. Raywood and this team do an exceptional job taking care of each patient by creating a friendship and a beautiful smile that lasts a lifetime! This is the reason I will always truly enjoy my job.

Outside of my profession, I have been married to my wonderful husband Cary, for 22 years. We love to watch our children in various activities and sports...Shelby (18) - in golf and cheerleading and Camden (14) - in football, baseball and basketball. In addition to our children, we have our dogs Samson, Jasmine, Wally, and Bo to keep us busy in our extra time!

Jamie - Orthodontic Assistant

Jamie.pngI graduated from IUSD in 2004 as a Dental Assistant and am also certified in Dental Radiology, and CPR. I have been in the orthodontic field since 2004 and have loved every minute of it! What I enjoy the most about orthodontics is the transformation and ultimately the end result.

Brad and I married in 2006 and had twins, Austin and Abigail in 2009. Outside of work we love to watch our children play sports and hang out with friends and family.

I joined Dr. Raywood in April 2012 after being a full time mom. Dr. Raywood is so kind and gives each patient her ultimate attention at each and every appointment.

Jessica - Orthodontic Assistant

Jessica.pngI have worked at Raywood Orthodontics since 2009. I first came here as a patient, and instantly loved the friendly, upbeat environment and the time Dr. Raywood takes to make each visit pleasant for the patients. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to help each patient have that same great experience that I had. I love getting to know our patients personally as their treatment progresses, and my absolute favorite part is that I get to be there for the most exciting time, the day they have their braces removed! It is so rewarding to see their beautiful confident new smiles, and to share that wonderful moment with them.

My husband, Jason, and I have three children; Savannah, Maddie, and Landon. We live on a small farm and raise a big garden every year. I preserve lots of veggies from the garden, and enjoy cooking dinner for my family every night. No matter what we're doing, we love spending time together as a family.

Rebekah

Rebekah_18Dec2015.pngI began working for Dr. Raywood in June of 2015. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere as well and the knowledgeable doctor and amazing staff I work with. I love the daily interaction with each patient; getting to know each person as their treatment progresses, and ultimately the wonderful end results!

I am the ninth out of twelve kids, so there's never a dull moment in our household! Besides family oriented activities, I enjoy shopping, road tripping, meeting new people, playing piano, and down home work on the farm.

Kathi - Laboratory Technician

kathi.pngI graduated from the Dental Lab Program at I.P.FW Fort Wayne in 1991. That same year I moved to Muncie and have been working with Dr. Raywood ever since. I enjoy fabricating retainers for our patients from a color palate that they have chosen which allows them to express their uniqueness and individuality. I feel that our staff works as a fine oiled wheel, thereby giving our patients the best possible care. From front office, to our clinical assistants to me, we all work in a way that allows Dr. Raywood the time needed to give every patient the individual care they deserve.

Jordan - Laboratory Technician

no-image162x162I graduated from IPFW's dental lab technology program in 2018. Shortly after, I was giving the opportunity to work for Dr. Raywood. I've gotten to know the amazing staff and patients. Our staff is very friendly, and we all work together as a team to make sure our patients receive the best experience possible.

My favorite part of the job is creating appliances and retainers that fit each patients' individual needs and personality. When I'm not bending wire, I can be found hiking with my dog Percy. I also enjoy doing crafts and baking during my free time.
